Q. When can I shop?
A. Our public sale begins Friday, March 30th, at 9:00am. You can shop early at one of our presales by volunteering or consigning. See Volunteer or Consignor pages for more information.
Q. Are children allowed at the VIP Presales?
A. No. For safety reasons, children aren’t allowed at the Presales.
Q. Are children allowed at the public sale?
A. Children are welcome at the public sale but PLEASE be careful. It is very busy and we want to make sure all of our littlest friends are safe. Unfortunately, children cannot play with the toys at the sale. Items are the property of consignors and if they are broken or separated they cannot be sold. We know that it’s hard to ask your little ones not to play with so many amazing toys right in front of them, so we ask that you please remind your little ones to wait to play with these wonderful finds until you get them home. If items are damaged, you will unfortunately be responsible for the item. Please don’t bring personal toys to the sale because they may be confused with sale items. Thank you so much for understanding.
Q. Can I bring a stroller to the sale?
A. Yes, but please be aware that the space is limited, and it may be difficulty to maneuver. We recommend a small umbrella stroller. We also may need to hand you a pass for any personal items you bring in like a stroller or baby carrier that may look like items we are selling. It protects you and the consignors.
Q. Is your sale location wheelchair accessible?
A. Yes, it is fully wheelchair and handicap-accessible.
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. All sales are final. We carefully inspect all items but please be sure to do your own inspection prior to purchasing. We do our best to catch everything but we may miss something.
